RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
- Please fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.
- If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you.
- Please write down below your signature, any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery. Take a picture of your receipt with the notes
- If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Email our customer service department immediately.
(VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
- Before signing the receipt, please open the box and inspect the product carefully for any type of damage. If you see a damage, take pictures and add notes below your signature in the receipt. If we do not have the notes or comments about the damage on the receipt we can not process a return or replacement.
- You will be receiving a phone call from the freight company to schedule a specific delivery window for your area.
- Time Specific fee: If for any reason you need a specific time frame for delivery, an additional fee may apply.
- If you miss the delivery schedule, an additional fee may apply for a new delivery attempt.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICIES:
We do not cancel orders preship at this time. Our goal is ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy below) for a refund. Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivered will be assessed all of the applicable fees including the return fee, our shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee.
All returns will be accepted for new or unused items within 7 days of delivery.
In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), number and shipping address.

Returned items must arrive back in reusable condition with the original packaging and technical documentation.
Product must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled.
We do not charge a restocking fee on any orders but the customer must pay for return shipping cost. In case the product is returned in perfect condition but without the original packaging or part of the documentation or accessories that were included in the shipment, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and the customer will receive a partial refund.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
